How to develop software

Hi,

I would like to start to develope software on snowball.

Where can i find step by step instruction to start?

I am used to work with QT on windows, i would like to

continue to work on windows host or linux host, cross compile for

the target platform, run and debug on the snowball platform, using

Qt creator or other IDE.

Any detailed instructions?
